I called on Saturday afternoon , asked for a salesperson, and asked about pricing on a specific car. We texted back and forth twice to agree on a price I am happy with. I came in Sunday at 9:30 and was done by 11:00. I appreciate that there were no hidden fees, no dealer pre-installed security system or paint protection crap.The salesman and finance manager were friendly and I never felt pressured or misinformed. In short, the perfect car buying experience!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect 5-Star Experience – Highly Recommend! Yesterday I purchased a brand new GMC Denali truck from Roseville Auto Mall, trading in my previous Denali that was five years older. This was my first time ever buying a new truck off the lot, and the entire process exceeded all my expectations. I’ve bought and sold vehicles my entire life, and nobody has ever made the experience this smooth and enjoyable. The facility is clean with a great selection of vehicles, but what really stood out was my salesman, Julio. He was fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely engaging from start to finish. Julio took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had a thorough and enjoyable test drive, and put together an excellent deal that included my strong credit, solid down payment, and great trade-in value. He kept everything straightforward with zero hassle or pressure. Even though I was upgrading to basically the same truck in a newer model, he still taught me several new features and made the whole process fun. I walked out with the exact truck I wanted at a deal I was thrilled with — in and out in no time. I would easily give this experience 10 stars if I could! When I’m ready to upgrade again or add to my fleet, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Julio. I have been twice to the service department and have experienced amazing service.
I recently visited Reliable Buick GMC in Roseville for my broken antenna, and I’m very happy with the service I received! I had an appointment with Ken at 4 PM and arrived right on time. Ken came out to take a look at my car, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained what needed to be replaced and what could be reused. He immediately checked with the parts department to confirm availability — luckily, the antenna base was in stock. Ken gave me the full estimate, including parts, labor, and tax, right away. I agreed to proceed, and within about 30 minutes, everything was done! Thank you, Ken and the team, for the quick, professional, and friendly service. I really appreciate the efficiency — I left completely satisfied!
I love Reliable Buick GMC this is my second car I have purchased from them the first one I kept for 18 years and had no problem at all. I have had my new one for a couple of years and hoping that this one last that long as well. Service department is amazing and pleasant to deal with.

I had a warranty issue from a vehicle that I purchased from a dealership in the automall. They pushed the issue on reliable. It was a nightmare. However the service and management crew at reliable went above and beyond. They fixed my issue and some. Best service I've ever gotten ! If I could give a higher rating I would. I didn't feel misled in any way. Forsure my go to place from now on.
We have always had great service from reliable Buick. The work is always done well and the staff are always very informative and very customer friendly. When we buy our next car we will look for a great deal on our future vehicle from reliable Buick.

I purchased a brand new Escalade at Reliable a few years ago and tonight I purchased another. I worked with salespeople Jerry and Joseph. Although I took a lot of their time, they never got tire of me kicking tires and changing my mind. They are great guys and I highly recommend them both. Ryan was my sales manager and he is very knowledgable about the cars on his lot and his business. Once again I took a lot of Ryans time but in the end he agreed to a very fair deal. Service was great. Went in to get keyfob for my GMC Sierra. Since I only have one fob, they needed special programming to do. Usually the key is special order. They not only had the fob in stock, but service rep got it programmed for me and out the door in less than an hour. Great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful.

This is my third vehicle I purchased from him and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle at my earliest convenience. Paul was also excellent to deal with during the completion of the paperwork. He did not pressure me to buy anything, but explained in detail, the benefits of each option.

Car broke down. I had it towed to reliable gmc. They called me to let me know what was wrong within a few hours. They fixed it and within 24 hours I had my car back. Very satisfied with everything.

My only issue is that I receive coupons in the mail specifically for my 2021 GMC sierra 3500 diesel truck. When I tried to use the service coupon, I was denied because it's not for diesel engines. Please quit sending coupons for my diesel truck when the tiny little print excludes diesel engines.

We found the vehicle we wanted. George GMC was fantastic! A very calm and reliable salesman. George stuck with us thru the entire process and guided us through the negotiations! After a lengthy process, George went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers and pleased with our new vehicle! George spent allot of personal time making sure the car was set up to fit our needs. George explained every item and showed how to get logged on and customize the information system to fit us! Truly a wealth of knowledge! George explained and showed us all the ins and outs of all the special equipment on our new car even down to showing us how to access the tow hitch! We came away with confidence that we chose the right dealer and salesman to get the job done! Paul at Finance was also great to work with it! Had everything in order and answered every question we had. Paul assisted us with getting the exact warranty to fit our needs! Thank You George and Paul along with the reliable staff!

I also appreciated Ryan and George’s help when it came to finding a final price and closing the deal. Paul is the perfect person to have on the finance side. He should be the last person your customers see before making a big purchase. He was transparent but realistic.
Things were not a smooth as they could have been due to the holiday and banks being open for financing, but Paul and Fred worked very hard to get me the best possible deal they could, ultimately matching my APR. The detail of the Yukon was sub par to say the least, but Josh Branham went above and beyond to ensure that Reliable made it right. Overall, I am glad that I came back as a returning customer. They made me feel valued and made up for anything that was not ideal. I would also like to recognize Keith Thompson and Walt for working so hard to make my deal go through. Ill be buying a truck from Reliable some day.

Had my 1918 GMC Terrain diesel towed in to shop around noon after replacing battery and nothing worked. Reliable Service Writer Art V first called when it arrived requesting details of problems. Literally 2 hours (not days!!) he called back to tell me that my Terrain was ready, and that I had inadvertently hooked up my new battery positive cable wrong and only blew a fuse. Thinking I had likely cooked the computer at a cost of thousands, Art assured me that was not the case, and that their work would be included in the initial $210 diagnostic cost estimate...WHAT, who does that? I picked up the car at 5pm the same day and a day later it runs like a top. THANK YOU Freddy, Art, and the Reliable staff for literally the BEST auto-service experience of my (76 y o) life!

Art in service worked hard to make the best out of a bad situation. My truck with only 48k miles had a bad lifter and unfortunately I was out of the 5 year power train warranty. Art worked hard to get GM to cover a majority of the cost of the repair due to low miles on my truck. It was still an expensive repair but could of been much worse.
Making an appointment and the check-in process was a breeze. This was a warranty repair that was completed to my complete satisfaction.

The entire process was handled very professionally by Ryan Martin, Sami Ayoub and Ryan Z. Sami was especially helpful in showing us all the features of the Sierra 1500 Pickup with the Denali trim. His knowledge of the vehicle was very thorough which helped us decide on our purchase. Ryan M was able to answer all of our questions in full, and offered no pressure the entire time as he guided us through the sales process in the most professional and courteous manner. Ryan Z handled the finance portion with professionalism and friendliness. This was the easiest new vehicle experience we have ever had!
This review is strictly for the service department, specifically Art. The salesmen are still vultures but I have only had positive experiences with their service department. Most people associate dealerships with higher cost but, in my experience, it was comparable to other shops and their knowledge and efficiency made it more than worth it. My Acadia spent 3 weeks in a shop with a problem they couldn’t diagnose and I was sent home with a car that was unsafe to drive. I’m so glad I decided to have the dealership look at it and that Art was my go to guy. He was super communicative, was always accessible and friendly, diagnosed the problem in 2 days, and got me back on the road faster than expected, given supply chain issues. Beyond pleased with my experience just because of him. Thank you Art!!

I will definitely recommend Reliable for my friends and family for service. They do a great job and I trust their work. However, I will never recommend Reliable to purchase a vehicle. I have purchased 5 vehicles at Reliable in the last 12 years and I went to buy another new vehicle this year and had the worst experience. I ended up buying a Yukon Denali from a dealer in the bay area. I will never buy another vehicle from Reliable, I will only take vehicles there for service.
I visited Reliable Buick GMC parts department to purchase a new name badge (Buick) for my 2014 Buick Lacrosse I must admit kind of expensive but as they say "you get what you pay for". It was out of stock but Jason in the parts department ordered it and promised I would have it the next day and it was there on time. So now my Lacrosse had the name Buck on the rear deck lid with the new replacement name badge it was given it's original name back BUICK. Thank you Jason. Sincerely, Gary Martinez

Great experience all around. Had to bring in the spare key to the Canyon I traded in. Asked Sammy if he could get me in for a quick oil change since I was already going to be coming in. Was looking to purchase new TL rated tires for my GMC 2500 HD Denali. Art at the service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact tires I wanted, ordered them and had an appointment for me to have them installed within a day. Art price matched any other dealers tire price which put his estimate lower than anyone else's and that is with an included alignment. I dropped the truck off in the morning and the service was complete just after lunch. Great experience and great service. The new tires look great and the truck is riding better than ever!
The vehicle I wanted has been almost non-existent. I saw the vehicle on the GMC website. Reliable showed it 15 minutes later. I called asked about being a non CA resident and how to arrange the purchase. I wired the funds. I made flight arrangements for the following day. I arrived after closing time, so first thing in the morning, I filled out the paperwork. Mr. Rickers drove us to Reno. We signed a few more documents and I started driving back to my home.
Great Customer Service all around. Honored my coupon. A little upsell on air & cabin filters but after 25k miles, they needed to be changed. My wait time was shorter than anticipated. Make an appointment in advance.

I dropped off my vehicle the morning before service department opened and was called by Caleb around 7:30 to touch base with me and telling me exactly what was going to be performed. Was later contacted and told what the issue was and the cost to fix and lastly was called by Caleb to tell me vehicle was done. Doesn’t get any easier. Checkout personnel were friendly and I received a free calendar. Nicely done start to finish.

This was definitely the best service experience that I've had with this dealership since I bought my car there. My service technician diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to get it done by 1:30pm so that I could pick up my son from school on time. I also really appreciated that my technician checked in with me several times during the day and kept me apprised of timelines and cost. So much less stressful than having to call and track someone down to get an update.

Jeff Gilbreath (service advisor) was excellent! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better service representative. He even helped me receive my GMC reward credits to apply toward the service bill. I had real difficulty operating the GMC app to gain my reward credits. GMC needs to look at a redesign of it's app.

Service advisor, Art, was on top of the recall job from star to finish. He made sure everything went smoothly. That being said part of the recall was a headlamp issue. As noted in the service procedures the lamp housing was cleaned prior to install of a film on the lens. If by clean a quick wipe to make sure there were no bugs in the area of the film, then job well done. If that procedure was ment to be any more, well I'm not convinced it was handled. Regardless Art was great and the team got the job done quickly.

197 dollars for an oil change and a tire rotation seems extremely expensive. We moved down here from Chico and my dealer up there was almost half that cost and didn’t charge to pick the vehicle up. I was shocked. The truck wasn’t washed, windows were not even cleaned, there was no reminder sticker put in the window for the next oil change. Never spoke to a single advisor. The kid who picked up my truck was very friendly but was no advisor and had no feedback on the truck. All and all horrible

It wasn't a great experience! It started off reasonably well, salesman greated us and let us know the car we came to look at wasn't there yet. He was polite while showing us similar cars and answered our questions. He pointed out that if we wanted to reserve the car coming in, we needed to put down a one thousand dollar deposit. The second I didn't offer to do just that He said Thanks and dumped us. He obviously realized a sale that day wasn't likely, so he moved on! I understand, especially if there were other customers lined up and waiting there weren't! The place was dead. He just walked over to bs with other salespeople! It was the second time in my life I actually wanted to visit a caddy dealership! The first was to look at the only modern Cadillac I had any interest in, the CTSV with a Corvette engine! The second was this last weekend to look at a Cadillac CT5V Blackwing with an engine similar in performance to the Corvette C7 ZO6! I can't think of a good reason to go back!
Art did a good job helping with my service appointment. On the other hand, they should be more transparent with pricing and provide a line item breakdown of costs. In addition, the service I received from the lady at checkout was very poor. She did not welcome me when I walked up, did not say a word while I stood there for 1-2min waiting to pay and finally said the cost. The cost was different from the work order and when I asked why, she said “it’s because of tax”. But the work order says X and your cost for the same service says Y.. yes, there was tax on top which is completely understandable. She didn’t know what to say or how to help. Luckily Art overheard and corrected it.
The actual service manager Ken was excellent. Helpful and kept me appraised of all the work done. Whom ever actually fixed my vehicle, twice, drove it so far that they went through a half tank of fuel. They left me with barely enough fuel in the tank to drive to a gas station around the corner. I actually ran out of fuel in the driveway of the gas station. They did this twice!!!! I know on one occasion the mechanic drove my vehicle home with him because he left someone else's brake rotors and pads on my back seat and his personal backpack. I found this when I picked up my vehicle.
I had brought in my Denali as usual for an oil change and had asked for it to be washed about 4 times to various people. It was there for over a day since I had left it overnight . You would think it would not have been too much trouble to wash it. Very disappointed after spending $90k for a vehicle with GMC.
Basic service (first one for this vehicle). Was told it would be covered by GMC. Cool, wasn’t expecting that and told service advisor as much. Then I’m told it was expired and would have to pay full price. Ok, again not expecting. I received 2 calls to pickup which was great. Come pay and pickup keys, easy. I get into the truck and immediately notice engine oil on the center console/armrest. I wiped it down with napkins in the truck and head home. Halfway there I realize that the interior of the truck smells like oil. Upon further inspection I find that there is engine oil that has run down the side of the center console and into the carpet. This is not ok. Long story short, I spend a couple of hundred dollars having the interior cleaned to get the oil and smell out of a truck with 3000 miles. I won’t be back.
My wife went in for a check engine light. They told her that it would be a 30 minute fix. She sat there for 2 hours. Never offered a discount for the bill or even a future discount on a future service. Sells department when we bought the vehicle was very good. Other than a guy named Elvis on a previous service issue I would not recommend them for anything.
Unprofessional and Rude! Went in willing to put almost 3/4 down on a vehicle and brought in a cosigner with perfect credit. Was told with that amount down a cosigner wouldn't be needed, then gave me a ridiculous interest rate I was not willing to accept, so I walked. He ran out after us saying that maybe a cosigner would change the rates and to come back inside. I refused and continued out. THEN he calls my fiance (who was NOT there and would NOT be on the title, only called to first inquire it was there before I drove down) to belittle me saying, I need to put on my big girl pants and leave my cosigner home. I feel that this was extremely unprofessional and would never think about a vehicle from them again and will let everyone know how we were treated.
I started having trouble with my phone connecting to the Bluetooth/Android Auto, and the radio screen would pixelate, buttons wouldn't work, and the audio would turn distorted and static-y. I ended up having to go to the service dept like 5 times to get the problem checked/radio replaced etc. Every time I was asked "have you tried unpairing and repairing the phone?" which felt very dismissive - it's 2024 and I'm under 30. Of course I tried that. The service tech would even pair his phone to my car every time and said he had to do that otherwise the service guys would be upset? This again felt very dismissive and felt like they were treating me like an idiot. After getting the radio replaced my phone would no longer pair wirelessly, and they tried to tell me the car wasn't capable of doing that, even though it paired wirelessly before getting the radio replaced. I had to really push for them to finally call the manufacturer and figure out they just had to change a setting. When the static still persisted, they heavily implied the problem was with my phone so I even switched from Android to iPhone and the problem still exists. I went to the Folsom service center and when I said the screen pixelates, they didn't even question me and knew exactly what problems I was having. No one asked me if I had tried re-pairing the phone. I feel much more comfortable there which sucks because it's way farther. Elvis, who I worked with in the service department in Roseville, was always nice but I would not go back because I don't feel comfortable that they'll take my concerns seriously and I don't trust their quality of work.
I bought a truck a month ago. Sales went great. The issues came later. The problem is that I usually drive my truck to work using city roads with traffic lights and stops signs. Therefore, I didn't have a change to drive more than 50 mph. But recently, driving on the freeway I noticed that my truck start shacking after driving more than 50 mph. Also, my steering wheel was off center a little bit. I called on Thursday and talked to somebody from service department. I was told that they would check and call me back the same day or next day. Nobody called. I waited till Monday and called again. They told me that because it's more than a month (38 days), they couldn't look at if for free. But the vehicle that was sold at the dealership shouldn't have any issues at first month of driving it. So, I called the front desk to see if there was anything we could figure it out since I just noticed it recently and couldn't bring it earlier. I was trying to talk to someone in charge. The front desk person told me that someone would call me back soon. Nobody called. My wife wanted to come some day and buy a car there as well. Not anymore.
Not very reliable guess its just a name. Call to get an extended warranty price for my 2021 3500 Denali. Got put on hold. Then eventually hung up on while on hold.
I have been bringing my 2017 Sierra 2500 Denali to this place ever since I bought the truck new. I’ve had problems with this truck since it was about three months old. I have 62000 miles on it and have had to replace every glow plug at least once. I had to replace the glow plug module at 20,000 miles. I had to have the glow plug module relearned/updated just a couple thousand miles after that. I’ve had low oil pressure warnings and they said they had to replace the oil pressure sending unit for about $500 and the problem still persists. The touch screen stopped working at about 35,000 miles and just changes channels randomly. They had no answer for this after looking at it for a full day. Now my truck is back in their shop for glow plug issues again. The service department seems to not know much about these vehicles even though these are all common problems with these particular trucks. The worst part is that the warranty is gone because it’s past five years and I still have very low miles on the truck. I wouldn’t recommend a GMC to anyone at this point and Reliable is the closest service department to me so that’s where I took it for service. It seems to me that they do minimal fixes just to limp your truck through its warranty and then you’re on your own. I’ve lost countless days having my truck in for repairs only to still have the same issues continue to be a problem.

I usually go to Thomps*** GMC in Placerville but came here to see what they would offer on my 2022 gmc Harley Davidson truck with only 1300 miles on it. The salesman first asked what I do for a living to see how much he could screw me over. He asked me I wanted to trade it for and when I told him I’m wanting a different brand car and would rather just sell it to you guys he immediately was not interested in helping me. He told me the person who values the car is not here and to come back tomorrow. It was 330 on a weekday! Took a pic of my registration (personal info) and never heard from him again. Went next door to ford and they gave me an instant price on my gmc truck.
My 2022 GMC Yukon AT4 needed the engine replaced with only about 20,000 miles on it, due to an internal malfunction. Ever since the engine replacement the car has been making a clanging and clunking noise from underneath the front end. I brought the car back in for service to address the noise and was told that the mechanic was unable to hear it. My service advisor decided to drive the car and heard the noise himself. After 2 days in service I was told that the problem was identified and fixed however when I got in the car and drove away from the dealership I heard the exact noise....nothing had been fixed. I am very upset for multiple reason, 1. That my new car needed the engine replaced at only 20,000 miles and 2. That ever since the replacement the car sounds like an old clunker coming down the street and I do not feel comfortable driving my kids around. I am very disappointed in GMC and in the service department at this dealership.
Let’s see if this review gets posted on Roseville Reliable Buick GMC’s website. My experience with the service department has been only a battle. Not everyone will understand this unless you are a true mechanic or has had your truck lifted. So a year ago I took my truck in for an engine stalling which ended up being the transmission harness after a few months in their shop. From the start, I was turned away from service because once he looked at my truck, right away said that it will not be covered under warranty because it was lifted. They didn’t even look at the problem or even diagnosed it. It was oh because it’s lifted they know for sure GM will decline the warranty for repair. I had to justify why it should be covered in order for them to even look at the truck. Along the way they couldn’t figure it out. In the end after a few months in their shop, when it ended up being the transmission harness, they brought up the lift again. Saying it won’t be covered. Again I had to fight and justify why it shouldn’t have anything to do with the lift. I had to mention how the mechanism of a lift works and where the harness is and that it shouldn’t have affect the transmission harness. Something which I thought a true mechanic would know. I don’t know what kind of mechanic they have. Unfortunately I guess it’s just someone who is there to do oil changes. They had to send out someone from GM to come check it out and fixed it. All under warranty. Today I’m dealing with a problem that has been an issue from the beginning before it was lifted. The upper intermediate steering shaft clunking. They keep pointing to where my lift would cause a problem down by the axle but the upper intermediate steering shaft is in the upper area of the steering. This was not the first time I bought up the problem. My lift was an issue every time. Not even looking into the problem to be sure where it’s located. When I mentioned the intermediate steering shaft to the so called mechanic he turned and asked the service guy what it was. I was blown away. It’s been an on going issue for GM. This is already the third revision for this shaft. Reliable did not even try to look at the issue. Did not give me any other options. It was a no that GM will automatically block my warranty. At least look more into the problem, look into the revision issue with the upper intermediate steering shaft or so before turning a customer away. They even asked me where I purchased the truck from. That shouldn’t even have anything to do with it. Other than them trying to make me take my truck there. They just seemed so clueless. I just walked out.
I've always had good service from reliable since purchasing my GMC Sierra in 2007. My last service visit was terrible. My GMC was in for a fuel pump replacement. After two days with no contact I called for a status. The service writer said the part was backorder. She would contact me when it came. After 6 more days I called again for a status. The service writer said still backorder. That afternoon I went on line and found the gm oem fuel pump. I called service again and gave them the website where I found it. She said she woul talk to the parts dept. She called me back and said parts located it and it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to get a status again. She said it would be ready in th afternoon. 2 weeks after I took it in. Very poor communication from the service department and I feel that she should have been pushing the parts department. If I go back I will deal with a different service writer. Very unhappy and paid twice the price for the part over the on line price.
Fraud At It's Finest! Sales lied about what accessories were actually included on the vehicle during the time of sale. I asked them if the truck was marked up and they said no there isn't any mark up at all, "We don't mark up our vehicles". They did, but they hid it in the extra accessories that I was told were included on the build and then charges you more so you won't see it. The General manger on accident sent me the invoice of what they paid for the accessories. They had a huge hidden markup!! I asked the GM about it and he called me a liar. Finance was horrible. They tried to get me finance with an obscene interest rate. Payment over 1800 with near perfect credit and close to 50% down. I said no I'll find my own thank you. They quickly came back with a much lower interest rate and said wait wait. How about this? Still too high. And then came back with a better one even faster then I could dial the number and ask for a customer service rep with my bank. Then gave me false information about the bank they had given me the loan through. If that's not bad enough, the truck I purchased is having major safety issues with 4K miles on it, brand new truck. And they are doing everything they can to not help me get the truck repaired. Some of the stuff that was added to the truck was ordered from the dealer. And GMC will not warranty with what was done. So, my new truck isn't safe to drive. I live about 200 miles from this location. I asked the dealership to have them pick it up or have it towed. The GM ignores me and tells me to drive it and they will give me gas money instead. But they wouldn't look at my new truck for two weeks!! It will just sit on the lot. Because his shop foreman will be on vacation. I found out the truth about what was not actually added to the truck from another dealership service department, and from doing extensive research. And another GMC dealership. They replied man what is wrong with people do do something like this to their customers. The General Manager of this dealership will do nothing about it, even after I submitted proof to him. I emailed the owner of the dealership and no response from him. Worst dealership experience. Be carful dealing with these fokes!!!! I will do my best to stop this from happing to other customers who may not know or not be able to get help.
I had my breaks checked and was told they all needed to be replaced and my car is unsafe to drive. I got a second opinion from a shop that only works on breaks and only 1 needed to be replaced. I do not tolerate liars and incompetence. In addition, I was given estimate that's more than my rent.
Left a wrench under my hood. Left there with a gas leak and no a/c after they fixed my car. Car still does not run right. Had another shop fix a/c. Do not know what dealer ship we can trust.
The staff at Reliable is great. The problems are either, GMC does not know how to fix their own products, or the technicians don't have the correct training or knowledge to be able to diagnose and perform the correct repairs. GMC loyal customer for over 50 years. Have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at your dealership. Leaning more and more towards a new Ford.

Paid $220 to plug into a diagnostic port only to have the service tech give me the wrong vehicle code. Then quoted me on the wrong sensor needing to be replaced. Had to educate the service person on the right sensor and ask to be quoted again. Biggest concern - Clearly nobody took the time to close out the work on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the cable to my automatic steps was hanging down under my dash and broken. This caused my steps to be stuck in the down position and unable to drive the vehicle. When confronting the GMC service person they offered no help whatsoever. Told me to get another Uber home and come back tomorrow or call the service desk. I have since had to pay $120 for a new cable that GMC broke and didn't offer to fix or replace. Total out the door going to GMC Roseville - $340 for not a single piece of work done. All GMC had to do was provide customer service. Your tech broke a cable and didn't offer to replace or fix the issue. Really bad customer service. I've purchased 3 trucks from GMC Roseville in the last 10 years. The service department is not what is used to be.

Was charged 200 dollars to have aDEF issue looked at that should have been covered under warranty and when they filed my DEF tank they spilled all over the area around the tank leaving residue that is highly corrosive.
I was in the market to purchase a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation. I went into the dealership to test dive the truck. I had been in touch with a few other dealerships for a similar truck that I was test driving. While browsing, I was approached by Sami Ayoub, who was very helpful and had the great customer service skills. Throughout the process of trying to negotiate numbers with Sami, after pulling my credit (under my understanding) the finance manager, Ryan Martin, who I had never met, comes up to my wife, my two year old and I and says, "we are closing in 30 mins". His tone and demeanor was rude and inconsiderate, he didn't even introduce himself. Then, he said the other dealer I was talking to was probably lying, which could be accurate, I am unaware. But I had given them authorization to run my credit and was willing to negotiate a deal with Sami. Ryan then mentions, he did not run my credit at all, and was waiting to head back from the other dealer who wasn't responding at the time. Which means my time was just wasted for 30 mins, even though I was willing to work with them to do a deal to leave with the truck. Unfortunately, because of how rude and inconsiderate Ryan was to me, I ended up purchasing the truck from Bonander GMC in Turlock (almost 2 hours away) later that week. Im not the type of person to get mad fast but the way I was treated by Ryan Martin, was rude and disrespectful and made me very angry. I left a message for Jeremy and was put in touch with Walt Barnes for one conversation to explain the situation but neither of them called me back. I am glad I purchased from Bonander in Turlock but was hoping to work with Sami because he put in great effort and customer service with me. Unfortunately, solely because of Ryan Martin, Sami lost out on a sale and a repeat customer.
Your parts manager did not keep my service advisor informed, he lied, and is obviously incompetent. Reliable GMC purchased a DPF from the GMC dealer in Oregon. I was personally in contact with the parts manager in Oregon after I realized what was being said to me did not line up with what I know and from my experience. It was understood that Reliable was to set up the freight company. The Reliable parts manager, who by the way is not reliable, did not pick up the phone and manage the situation. He chose to send emails and assume. When I made it clear that I was not happy. He finally calls to the Oregon dealer in the a.m. and he was told the part was still there. On that same day, in the afternoon, he told my service advisor to tell me the part had been picked up and it was set to be delivered by Fed-Ex. So instead of being open and honest. He chose to lie and not have to deal with it. Because of this incompetence, and the I don't care attitude, I was without my truck for 5 weeks.
I am Dave Moody, I have a Denali H/D, I bought here at reliable. Got a recall notice so I called and made an appointment, they told me ,no problem should take an hour or so. Drove an hour+ checked in and an hour later I was told NO parts.🤬 maybe you should change your name to UNRELIABLE. Why you make appointments and don’t ensure you have parts or contact the person to reschedule.
